International POS Manager (m/f/divers)
Full-time, with immediate effect
Temporary due to parental leave
In this position you are responsible for supporting the development, implementation and improvement of edding's Point of Sale (POS) solutions, both permanent and non-permanent.
These are your tasks:
- POS development and execution: Develop and enhance modular permanent POS solutions and non-permanent point-of-sale displays in line with edding's brand and product strategies
- Project and packaging management: Manage the development, production and implementation of product packaging and POS display materials, working with internal teams and external suppliers
- Sales and marketing support: Work with international and local sales teams and with marketing and product management teams
- Data analysis and reporting: Analyze POS performance data and provide insights to improve future POS strategies
- Standardization and digital integration: Lead efforts to standardize existing POS materials and develop new solutions that integrate digital tools, such as the PIM system, to improve operational efficiency
This is your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (master's degree or relevant certifications preferred)
- Several years of experience in POS development, trade marketing or a related field
- Demonstrated expertise in managing POS projects, developing category planograms and coordinating with external agencies and suppliers
- Experience with PIM systems, SAP or InDesign advantageous
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
